This Massage Therapy Modality is a physical touch therapy using varying manipulations and techniques to target bound fascia, trigger points and restrictions within the many layers of soft tissue, to get to deeper muscle and soft tissue that may be causing pain. This is not a painful massage in this practice. Choosing this style focuses on client-oriented goals, and involves a thorough assessment while working together to get the relief desired from stiff, painful, or sore regions of the body. 
Focused sessions cater to specific regions of the body, such as the head, neck, and shoulders, or the lower back, glutes, and legs. Focusing on specific painful or troublesome areas, together, we can help reduce the severity or recurrence of pain associated with soft tissue restrictions, in hopes of increasing the range of motion, restoring muscle pliability, and improving circulation, general health, and your overall well-being. We can target held tension from daily work or activities, soft tissue deviations stemming from all types of daily activities, from working in the same positions, sitting for long periods, or repetitive motions that may also contribute to tension
