Once You have submitted your Client Registration Form (Directions Above) KristenAllenLMT@icloud.com will reach out to discuss your goals, expectations and formulate a treatment plan.

If we both determine working together is in your best interest, an appointment will be created for you, or you may do so on your own HERE. An invoice for the Reservation Deposit will be forwarded to the Email address provided during scheduling.  (Alternative Payment Options available)

Once the Reservation Deposit is received, Appointment Reminders will be sent out VIA text 48 hours & 1 hour before your scheduled massage. 

Once the appointment time approaches, please shower with warm or hot water, if possible, set the room to a comfortable temperature & clear a path for the massage to take place.

Don't stress out and clean your kitchen, or vacuum your floors, the kids around are fine if it is for you!  

Once the therapist arrives, you will be provided with the 3 required Forms for service. Repeat clients will have an updated Health History & Consent Form to check, sign, and date.  

Expect your therapist to arrive 20 minutes prior to your FIRST massage to chat about your goals, and set up your massage area. All appointments are scheduled to start at the time booked through the scheduling app. Your therapist will arrive 10 - 20 minutes early depending on your needs and ADD-ONS.

Once your therapist has re-assessed your paperwork with you, and you have had time to ask any questions about treatment, policies or what to expect, and only after treatment goals are reaffirmed, the therapist will advise how to get onto the table, and will then exit the room to wash their hands, and to ensure complete respect for the privacy, modesty and dignity of all persons getting onto the table.

Everyone is able to wear, or not wear whatever makes them feel most comfortable, as linens and blankets are provided for your modesty during treatment.

Massage Therapy has many forms. Traditionally, you may picture being dressed down to nothing on a massage table, with another person embracing you. My hope is to welcome those that feel uncomfortable in those situations and open their minds to the idea that massage can be done fully clothed, but also with hopes of forming a professional relationship to help show just how beneficial Massage Therapy can be for those individuals, when they are in trusted hands.

Respect for your modesty is held to a high standard of practice. Once the therapist has left the room, just before the start of the massage, every client is afforded the opportunity to disrobe down to their comfort level, leaving on any items that make them feel most comfortable. Clients are encouraged to receive massage in whatever coverings make them feel most comfortable! 

Clients are always covered with linens to the Standard Procedures and Best Practices for Massage Therapy Draping Guidelines in the United States. These guidelines emphasize the necessity of providing respect and dignity to all people receiving massage therapy.

Once you are on the table, UNDER the top sheet, and ABOVE the bottom sheet, in congruence with standard draping protocol,  you will advise the therapist that you are wholly covered to the best of your ability. Only once you have verbally signaled, will the therapist re-enter the room to begin your massage.

My mission and practice is wholly based on the relationships formed with each individual client. Communication is truly the foundation of success in treatment, and it's what keeps this practice thriving. Open lines of communication and feeling comfortable to do so is paramount before, during, and after each massage. 

Professional Massage Therapy Services are offered with the understanding that the massage application is catered to you. If at any time during the massage, an application becomes too painful, or we have found a spot that needs more attention, every individual is encouraged to speak up. 

Self care is unique to everyone, and with massage therapy being a touch therapy,  it should be exactly what you ask for and expect, nothing more and nothing less.
