Booking
When seeking services, please submit your Video or Phone Consult request, or your Massage Therapy Appointment request using the Scheduling Tool.
Once your request has been made, KristenAllenLMT@icloud.com will reach out to discuss your goals, expectations and formulate a treatment plan and take note of any possible additions to the massage that may be beneficial to your Massage. Keep an eye out in your Inbox for a Contract for Services, once booked.
Next, an estimate for services will be sent out. If you agree with the Treatment Plan, and Contract for Services, the estimate will become an invoice for the Reservation Deposit, and Remaining Balance.

Once the Reservation Deposit is received, Appointment Reminders will be sent out VIA Text or Email, 48 hours & 1 hour before your scheduled massage.
Once the appointment time approaches, please shower with warm or hot water, and if possible set the room to a comfortable temperature & clear a path for the massage to take place.
Don't stress out and clean your kitchen, or vacuum your floors, the kids and pets around are fine if it is for you!
Client Intake :
All individuals seeking Massage Services for the first time must answer a brief Health History Questionnaire to determine if Massage Therapy is indicated for your particular health status.

A. Mobile Massage of Hillsborough County L.L.C. offers an online Client Registration Form for personal massage therapy services. This form allows clients to provide enough information about their health history, lifestyle factors, and desired outcomes to guide your Massage Treatment plan. Step by step, answer questions that explore their overall health status, current or past injuries, and massage preferences. Your therapist then formulates a personalized treatment plan considering any necessary modifications. The form also allows clients to express their goals and expectations for massage therapy, ensuring their needs are met throughout the experience. Submitting the form does not guarantee an appointment. The therapist will review the form and contact the client to schedule an appointment if massage therapy is deemed appropriate..
B. Schedule a Personalized Consultation with Your Therapist VIA video or phone call. This consultation allows you to connect directly with your therapist and discuss your massage needs, goals, and expectations, as well as specific trouble areas, and answer some basic health history questions
During this consultation, you'll have the opportunity to; Express your desired outcomes from the massage, Identify any areas that require extra attention, Provide your health history to ensure your therapist can address any potential concerns, & Build a rapport with your therapist before your massage. Utilizing this consultation will not only ensure that your massage is tailored to your unique needs but also create a comfortable and informative space before your massage to connect with your Massage Therapist. Ultimately, this personalized call will enhance the effectiveness and enjoyment of your massage experience.
C. Direct E-Mail exchange with KristenAllenLMT@icloud.com. Utilizing the Forms For Service can be done at the time of service, or you may choose to return them filled out to the aforementioned E-Mail Address. You may also opt to answer the questions accordingly, through a freeform E-mail. Questions include some general health history information, massage preferences, as well as parking and greeting instructions.

Greeting Your Therapist
Once the therapist arrives, you will be provided with the 3 required Forms for service. Repeat clients will have an updated Health History & Consent Form to check, sign, and date.
Expect your therapist to arrive 20 minutes prior to your FIRST massage to chat about your goals, and set up your massage area. All appointments are scheduled to start at the time booked through the scheduling app. PLEASE BOOK ACCORDINGLY.
Once your therapist has re-assessed your paperwork with you, and you have had time to ask any questions about treatment, policies or what to expect, and only after treatment goals are reaffirmed, the therapist will advise how to get onto the table, and will then exit the room to wash their hands, and to ensure complete respect for the privacy, modesty and dignity of all persons getting onto the table.

Draping & Comfort
You are able to wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable, as linens and blankets are provided for your modesty during treatment.
Massage Therapy has many forms. Traditionally, you may picture being dressed down to nothing on a massage table, with another person embracing you. Our hope is to welcome those that feel uncomfortable in those situations and open their minds to the idea that massage can be done fully clothed, but also with hopes of forming a professional relationship to help show just how beneficial Massage Therapy can be for those individuals, when they are in trusted hands.
Respect for your modesty is held to a high standard of practice. Once the therapist has left the room, just before the start of the massage, every client is afforded the opportunity to disrobe down to their comfort level, leaving on any items that make them feel most comfortable. Clients are encouraged to receive massage in whatever coverings make them feel most comfortable!
Clients are always covered with linens to the Standard Procedures and Best Practices for Massage Therapy Draping Guidelines in the United States. These guidelines emphasize the necessity of providing respect and dignity to all people receiving massage therapy.
Once you are on the table, UNDER the top sheet, and ABOVE the bottom sheet, in congruence with standard draping protocol, you will advise the therapist that you are wholly covered to the best of your ability. Only once you have verbally signaled, will the therapist re-enter the room to begin your massage.

Communication & Massage
Our mission and practice is wholly based on the relationships formed with each individual client. Communication is truly the foundation of success in treatment, and it's what keeps this practice thriving. Open lines of communication and feeling comfortable to do so is paramount before, during, and after each massage.
Professional Massage Therapy Services are offered with the understanding that the massage application is catered to you. If at any time during the massage, an application becomes too painful, or we have found a spot that needs more attention, every individual is encouraged to speak up.
Self care is unique to everyone, and with massage therapy being a touch therapy, it should be exactly what you ask for and expect, nothing more and nothing less.
Expect the breakdown of materials and final transaction time to be about 10 to 15 minutes post massage. Perfect amount of time to use the restroom, make yourself your favorite beverage, set-up or movie and enjoy the rest of the day or evening! That time can be cut shorter if you arrange payment prior to the massage-- just ask how!
Expect time to always be allotted to assess and address issues towards the end of your massage. If any additional time or work is desired, or necessary. It is this company's pledge as your massage therapy provider, to meet your needs within the means of staff capacity, time, and your real-time reaction to tissue manipulation.
Expect EASE of TRANSACTION ! The more often you book, the more comfortable you become with the 10-minute set-up process! Leave the door unlocked, take a warm or hot shower, and get ready to relax!
